Facilities

First of all you should visit the Welcome Centre of the festival. It will work from 11th till 14th July at the entrance to the festival locality. Registration is A MUST.

Registration fee this year is 50 hryvnas. The funds collected will be spent on festival development and on enriching and improving its programme. Thus the festival's power and independence turns upon everyone. Part of the funds will be transferred to Vorobiyivka, the village that kindly hosts the festival this year.

Having registered here you will be provided with:

  • a booklet containing the detailed schedule of the festival events, the information about the participants and a map with the festival objects marked (stages, tent localities, land art objects, excursion routes, shops, etc.). Each booklet will be numbered. You will be allowed to set up a tent in a tent locality ONLY if you have the booklet. Good news — the booklet owners will be allowed to take part in the drawing of the discs with last year festival recordings (you will not be able to buy them, as they are not for sale);
  • an information on accommodation;
  • a clay bead made by folk craftsmen – it is a pass for all the festival events (having it you will be permitted to visit Sheshory events both during the festival and during the year with a significant discount on tickets);
  • a discount on buying the festival T-shirts, discs, etc (The discount percent will be available at the Welcome Centre)
  • any additional information required.

There will be special sectors at the tent locality, where anyone without tents, sleeping bags, tourist rags and other equipment will be able to rent them. Also you can stop at the local residents’ as well as at Nemirov (18 km from Vorobiyivka), there are villas and hotels available. Warning - mosquitos and other various stinging insects are far more numerous at the Pivdenny Bug, than in Carpathians.
